What we do

Three areas of activity.

I. Custody

Holding what the company owns.

The company is the long term home for operating businesses, real estate, intellectual property, securities and other private assets held on its balance sheet. Ownership is consolidated under a single structure so that decisions, records and succession planning sit in one place.

II. Management

Looking after what we own.

Day to day oversight of the portfolio, allocation of capital between holdings, protection of intellectual property and rights, and regular review of how each asset is performing on its own terms.

III. Ownership

Acting as a considered owner.

Where the company holds a controlling interest, it works with management on governance, financial discipline and the long term direction of the business. The aim is straightforward: keep good businesses healthy, protect the assets and rights around them, and let the operators get on with their work.

IV. Acquisitions

Acting on behalf of private individuals.

The company identifies, evaluates and completes acquisitions on behalf of private individuals and their advisers. Every transaction is conducted privately and terms are available on enquiry.
